Delivery of Speedster Car Beds

Upon successfully ordering a Speedster brand of car bed, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date, so please ensure you provide accurate contact details.

Your bed will be delivered within 5 – 10 days of making your order. The courier used typically can deliver between 9am – 8pm, Monday – Friday, though in some cases your bed can be delivered on a weekend.

Please ensure you will be home for the agreed delivery date as there will be a £15 redelivery charge.

Delivery is usually provided by a two man courier so that the item can be lifted to to where you specify.


Free delivery only applies to deliveries for UK mainland; there are restrictions. This excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Certain post codes will incur an extra delivery charge. Please contact us if you need to have a bed delivered to any of these regions, as we will have to confirm the latest delivery price for you. Obviously delivery to any of these destinations will also take longer than usual.

Damage on Arrival

Speedster beds will be inspected for damage before being despatched for delivery. If, upon arrival of the bed at your end, any of the packaging is open or damaged, or if there is damage to the product, please make sure to make a note of this when signing for the delivery.

Should a claim need to be made, any notes you make will be acknowledged and you may also be asked for photographic evidence. Any damage should be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Faulty Products 

If your product is damaged or faulty on arrival, you must notify us of the problem within 7 days of receipt. Items will need to be returned or collected by us in their original packaging. Once we have confirmed and verified the fault at our end, we will offer to issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. 

Returned items are always closely inspected. If a returned product is found not to be faulty, it will be returned back to you and, in this case, you will incur the costs for carriage (£65).

Damaged items must be received within 14 days of us being notified of your intention to return them.


You’ll undoubtedly be happy with your purchase from Speedy Dreamers; however, we understand there may be instances when you wish to return an item.

If you have received your bed and wish to return it, you have 7 days from the day it is delivered to contact us asking to do so. The bed must then be returned to us within 14 days of us being notified of your intention.

Please contact us so we can give you specific instructions for returning your particular item. Some beds can be posted back to us while others will require us collecting in person by prior arrangement.

Items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. If the item is damaged (and not as a result of our actions) we will seek to recover the costs of remedying the damage from you.

On successful receipt of your returned item at our end, and upon inspection, we will refund your payment to the original payment method you used to place the order.

You are responsible for the cost to return a product and there is a £65 fee for beds that require us to collect them. This will be deducted from the final value refunded to you.
